Decorative Purse

Summary
Developing as a multimedia artist over the course of the last two decades.

Overview of Education
Early art education was in drawing and oil paintings. Attended various classes at Museum Schools and Colleges.
Have developed and trained as a Decorative Artist perfecting Faux Finish techniques on a variety of surfaces, e.g., decorative accessories, furnishings, and interior wall surfaces. Trained under many accomplished artists from the New England area and the Southeast. More recently I've become involved with learning to work with silver to create jewelry.

Mediums explored
My inquisitiveness about different mediums has taken me to various classes to learn and explore. The lessons have resulted in developing new skills which allow me to work with paint, wood, metal, pottery, charcoal, decoupage, polymer clay, beads, paper, silver wire, stained glass, fabrics, acrylics, and most recently with Precious Metal Clay (PMC). This knowledge and experience provides me with endless opportunities to create and "invent" new combinations of decorative items and finishes.
