Evan Oberholster Evan Oberholster was born in 1956 in South Africa.
Completing a Fine Arts degree at the University of Pretoria, he lived in Amsterdam and
worked as an artist and illustrator. Returning to Cape Town, he has devoted most of
his time to his art and in 1999 he had a large solo exhibition of male nudes. |

born into a hereditary artist family on April 3rd 1971 in the city of Moscow.
However, his family originates from the North Caucasus area of Eurasian continent.
According to a legend, the family founder was one of the rulers of ancient Urartu
